Visiting the Studio
Empow3r Yoga is located upstairs.
Empow3r Fitness operates downstairs, and the yoga studio is a separate space on the upper level. Follow signage inside the building to the yoga studio entrance.
The yoga studio doors open 15 minutes before class begins.
To maintain a calm and focused environment, doors close at the scheduled class start time. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to settle in.
Parking is free.
You may park anywhere in the main lot, along the street, in the back lot, or in the nearby parking structure. There is ample parking available throughout the area.
Please bring your own yoga mat if possible.
We do have loaner mats available if needed. Water and comfortable clothing are also recommended.
