Start Here | New to Empow3r Yoga

If you’re new to Empow3r Yoga, welcome.

We’re a non-heated, community-centered yoga studio in Littleton serving Highlands Ranch and surrounding areas. 

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning after time away, we’re here to help you begin with clarity and confidence.

We invite all new students to begin with our introductory offer:

3 Classes for $39
Use over 2 weeks.

This gives you space to explore different class styles, meet our teachers, and find the rhythm that feels right for you.

If you’re unsure where to begin:

• Vinyasa Flow - Active, strength-focused, breath-guided movement.
• Slow Flow - More intentional pacing with deeper alignment focus.
• Mobility Flow - Recovery-focused movement to improve joint health and range of motion.

All classes offer options and are beginner-friendly.
