Yoga has long been an anchor in her own life — a way to navigate stress and return to center. In recent years, she has deepened her exploration of sound and vibration, weaving crystal singing bowls and immersive tones into both dedicated Sound Bath sessions and her Tuesday evening Restorative class.
Her approach is steady, grounded, and nurturing — offering space to slow down and simply receive.
Outside the studio, Jenn enjoys time outdoors, golfing, and bringing a little zen to the hockey rink sidelines.

When she’s not on the mat, Julia enjoys reading, running, and spending time with her two dogs, Olive and Otis. She and her husband recently relocated to Colorado from Tennessee and are happily embracing mountain life — hiking, exploring, and, of course, catching concerts at Red Rocks.
