Yoga Flow is a dynamic, breath-driven vinyasa class that blends strength, flexibility, and mobility. Move through fluid sequences with multiple options for all levels, allowing you to challenge yourself or move gently depending on your needs.
This foundational vinyasa class supports focus, stability, and mind-body integration.
Gentle Yoga is a soothing, nurturing practice focused on relaxation, ease, and stress relief. With simple postures, soft transitions, supportive props, and guided breathwork, this class helps calm the nervous system while improving mobility and body awareness.
Though rooted in vinyasa fundamentals, Gentle Yoga prioritizes comfort, safety, and accessibility above all.
Mat Pilates strengthens and tones the entire body through controlled, purposeful mat-based movement and breath. You’ll focus on core strength, posture, stability, and functional control — all excellent complements to your vinyasa-based yoga practice.
This class is low-impact, accessible for all levels, and especially supportive of spinal health and alignment.
Restorative Yoga is a deeply relaxing, prop-supported practice designed to help your body rest, your mind quiet, and your nervous system reset. Poses are held comfortably for longer periods, using bolsters and blankets to fully support your body in gentle stillness.
