I am a mother of an amazing son, Mason, who is back at college and two golden doodles, Bentley, 3-1/2 years old and Mercedes, 3 years old. The doodles keep me very busy and luckily I’m able to shut the door for my yoga practice, otherwise I would be practicing doodle yoga—wait, could that be a thing? Maybe that’s something we all could talk about, lol!

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Springfield College and got my personal training certification through NASM. I've worked as an Injury Prevention Specialist for Fortune 500 companies to assist them in reducing their injury rates and implement site wide injury prevention and ergonomic programs. I emphasize stability, strength and joint health as it's important to support our bodies for sustainable pain free activities.
I've lived in NY, MA, a RV, ID and now CO. When I was 22, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that was a major source of inspiration to take my healing into my own hands and live a life that felt more aligned with my body.
In my free time you I'm hiking mountains with my husband and border collie, training for trail half marathons, reading, sitting around a campfire, or looking for the best chai lattes in Colorado.
